Her painting in oil arises from Russian culture of 19 century, when academic painting was dominant style of the secular and religious culture up to the October revolution.

Valentina paints Orthodoxy icons for 20 years and her works you can find in different countries, museums, like The Yusupov Palace in Saint-Petersburg, and private collections. She is a member of many All-Russian and international exhibitions.
